Everyone on this kink meme is an adult and can see how others are structuring their prompts, and make a judgement call about how they'd like to create theirs. Currently, judging by which prompts are being filled, it seems like the content of the prompt is much more important than the structure. This is a non-issue, in my opinion.
As long as titles in prompts, and requirements for the content of said titles, are not a strict rule, there would be no guarantee of not stumbling across a squick or trigger anyway. The best solution is to scroll with caution.
